# Installation
|
|
|
|
This guide explains how to install RS-MobStand on your Minecraft server.
|
|
|
|
---
|
|
|
|
# Requirements
|
|
|
|
RS-MobStand requires:
|
|
|
|
* Minecraft 1.21+
|
|
* Paper Server
|
|
* Java 21 or newer
|
|
|
|
---
|
|
|
|
# Download
|
|
|
|
Download the latest RS-MobStand release from the official GitHub repository.
|
|
|
|
---
|
|
|
|
# Installation Steps
|
|
|
|
## Step 1
|
|
|
|
Stop your server.
|
|
|
|
---
|
|
|
|
## Step 2
|
|
|
|
Place:
|
|
|
|

|
RS-MobStand-x.x.x.jar
|
|
```
|
|
|
|
into your server's:
|
|
|
|

|
|
plugins
|
|
```
|
|
|
|
folder.
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
## Step 3
|
|
|
|
Start the server.
|
|
|
|
RS-MobStand will automatically generate its configuration files.
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
## Step 4
|
|
|
|
Verify the plugin loads successfully.
|
|
|
|
You should see startup messages indicating RS-MobStand has been enabled.
|
|
|
|
---
|
|
|
|
## Step 5
|
|
|
|
Configure settings if desired.
|
|
|
|
Any configuration changes can be applied using:
|
|
|
|

Admin Menu
|

↓
|
|
Reload Config
|
|

or by restarting the server.
|
|
|
|

|

# Updating
|
|
|
|
To update:
|
|
|
|
1. Stop the server.
|
|
2. Replace the existing jar.
|
|
3. Start the server.
|
|
|
|
Your Mob Stand data and configuration will remain intact.
|
|
|
|
---
|
|
|
|
# Verifying Installation
|
|
|
|
Create a test Armor Stand.
|
|
|
|
Sneak and right-click it while holding a Stick.
|
|
|
|
If the Armor Stand converts successfully, the installation is complete.
|
|
|
|
