Reorganize "Admin" Menu

  • Plugin Version to Slot 8
  • Reload Plugin to Slot 6
  • Warehouse Stats to Slot 2
  • Create Category to Slot 0
  • Menu Size to 1 row
  • Reversion: 1.3.1 to 1.3.2
